If you are unhappy with the service we have provided you, you should email The Customer Service Manager at compliance@debtcentres.co.uk

It is our objective to try and resolve the complaint satisfactorily within 14 days. In some cases this may take longer, however, you will be contacted to inform you of the time scale required.
